If you do not get satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may simply return the products that you've purchased for an exchange or refund. The goods must be returned to our company in 30 days following to the purchase date. Please follow the return / exchange instructions that you will receive inside your package along with your purchase.

Exchange requests will be processed in 7 days following the date that we receive your return package. It may take 15 business days for you to receive the exchanged goods once we ship them to your address.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. After we issue a refund to your credit card or debit card, it may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement. We do not have any control on the time that the refund gets reflected to your credit card or bank account.
